Sia Lopez, Virtual Doula

(559)515-1696/ Siasplacewc@gmail.com

I am the Founder and Board President of Sia's Place.

My passion for doula work comes from my own experiences as a mother. Through my own pregnancy, birth, and motherhood journeys, I learned how important it is for moms to feel heard, supported, and to have someone in their corner. Those experiences inspired me to create Sia’s Place Wellness Center in 2022, a place where moms and families can find support, resources, and community.

Currently, I provide virtual doula support while focusing on building Sia’s Place into a doula hub where doulas can grow, learn, and be mentored. My goal is to mentor and support as many doulas as possible so we can build a strong network of doulas with different experiences, cultures, and strengths—ensuring every mom and family can find the support that best meets their individual needs.

Nou, Postpartum Doula

CEO, Sia's Place Wellness Center

As CEO of Sia’s Place Wellness Center, I help bring our mission to life by making sure our programs, services, and partnerships stay focused on the families we serve. My role is to support our team, strengthen our programs, and help create a welcoming space where moms and families can receive the resources, education, and support they need to thrive.

As a postpartum doula, my heart is in supporting moms during the transition after birth. I want every mom I work with to feel cared for, encouraged, and confident as she recovers, gets to know her baby, and adjusts to her new normal.

Josue, Dad Doula

As a certified doula, father of 9 in a blended family and blended culture, a new grandparent, and family advocate for over 10 years, I understand that dads are going through this journey too.

Sometimes expressing what we are feeling as dads can be challenging or even new to us, and I want dads to know I’m here for you.

I provide practical guidance, encouragement, and a safe space to ask questions without judgment as you support your partner, adjust to fatherhood, and find your own way through the journey.

I proudly provide support in English and Spanish.

Doula Volunteer

Family and Birthing Advocate for Black and Africam American families

As a Certified Full Spectrum Doula, Community Health Worker (CHW), educator, and community advocate, I am passionate about supporting Black and African American families and pregnant moms.

I believe in uplifting community voices, helping moms advocate for themselves, and making sure they feel heard, informed, and supported as they navigate pregnancy, healthcare, and the systems that impact their families.
